WWM Tester Says "After a lengthy setup process, it was a breeze to use. Best of all, it counted my aerobic steps [by clocking steps per minute]."
 RYP Sports Says

This unit can be work in any position, or carried in a purse or pocket, which makes it unique.

"Aerobic steps" are basically the steps after you've walked for 10 minutes... meaning you're in an aerobic, fat-burning zone.

I've never seen these at Wal-Mart.

 Other Choices

Another Omron unit, the Digital Pedometer HJ-105, also gives you aerobic steps.

I love my pedometer!
I have been wearing pedometers for a little over 2 years now, and I have - to date - 3,691,372 steps! I keep a weekly journal of my progress (I also belong to Weight Watchers and exercise at my local Curves 5 days a week - as well as going for walks and running). So, I am very active. Wearing a pedometer adds in the joy of accomplishments that I am bringing upon myself. I believe that everyone should own one!
